Returns & Defective Items

At US BALANCE / Awesome Wholesale , we pride ourselves on having a less than 0.25% return rate. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If your digital scale (s) is defective or damaged in anyway, please contact us immediately. We offer an easy to use, hassle free returns program. Absolutely NO RA #’s! We will also handle individual customer returns. If a customer purchases a scale from you, and the scale is defective, this customer can return the scale direct to us, saving you time, money, merchandise, and the hassle of returns. Warranty and Return Policies

Please consult the Troubleshooting Guide and check your scale's Manual before retuning your scale. You can also consult our website, or call to speak to a knowledgeable tech service representative.

All of the digital scales we carry are covered by a manufactures warranty for 5 years.

After ordering, if you find that the scale you ordered does not fit your needs. Scales returned for this reason must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were received. All accessories and paperwork must be included with the scale and there must be no damage to the packaging.

If we receive a scale for return with damage to the box, missing items, or signs of use, we reserve the right to return it back to you at your expense.

Any problems encountered with your scale after 48 hours of delivery must be resolved through the manufactures warranty.

We do not refund original or return shipping charges.

Please include a copy of your invoice and a contact phone number with your return.

All returned scales are checked for defect upon arrival. If your scale can be fixed or re-calibrated, we will do so, and return it to you. Please note: scales out of calibration are not covered by the warranty. Please recalibrate scale before attempting to return. Scales that will not calibrate are covered by warranty.

We do not service other manufacturers’ warranties. Any scales that are returned to us that belong to other manufacturers will be shipped back to you at your expense.
